Yes. The Compare Supplier Prices tool lets you capture what each supplier has quoted you (for example from a pro forma) side by side for the same line item, choose who to buy from, and tracks which one you actually procured from and paid.

Once you approve ("Procure") a supplier's price for a line item, it shows up on Suppliers Payable, a running list of what you actually owe each supplier, with delivery tracking per item and one-click "Mark Paid" that also records the real payment.
